Description

This form is useful for both the yearbook and photography classrooms.

Cameras are the lifeblood of any yearbook staff. It's imperative to have our cameras functioning and ready to go in order to ensure that our staff can cover any event at any moment. I use this form with my own staff to make sure that our cameras are all accounted for and ready to go at a moment's notice.

We keep ten working cameras for a staff of 25. Each camera and its related parts are housed in a clear plastic bin, and each bin, camera, and component is labeled with a letter, from A-K (I skip H). I keep copies of this form posted in the camera cabinet for quick use. At the end of the day, I can very easily see the status of all the yearbook cameras.
