Multiplication!

This multiplication flipchart makes an excellent multiplication math center. The flipchart contains two pages with a pocket full of array tiles ranging from 1x1 through 10x10. One set of array tiles are labeled the other set is blank. First, students use the pen to drag the multiplication area model array tiles out of the pocket. Next, they identify the number of small squares on the tile. Encourage students to do this without counting the squares one by one. Next, students put the tile back inside the pocket or to the drag it to the side of the page.
