Description

Multiplication and Division t-charts containing blank and completed multiplication and division t-charts. A multiplication and division t-chart is a simple skip counting chart. The printables included in this package may be used for multiplication and division practice or assessment. These printables are designed to help students build multiplication and division computational fluency (quick recall). Being able to quickly recall basic multiplication and division facts is essential in order to consistently solve multi-step problems accurately. Students who struggle to recall basic multiplication and division facts often have difficulty solving multi-step problems. These students spend so much time trying to figure out the multiplication and division facts that they lose their train of thought and forget the steps to the problem. This becomes increasing frustrating for students overtime.

For intervention or RTI, teach students struggling with correctly skip counting to create a set of counting dots for each multiplication t-chart. They should touch their pencil to the dots as they count, then write the number down.
