Description

Number bonds are a great way for students to practice composing and decomposing numbers! Students will practice composing and decomposing numbers 1-5 in this fun center activity!

Students choose a picture card and fill in the number bond to match it. They then fill in a number sentence ( exp. 2 and 3 make 5) to match the number bond.

There is also a mat that asks students to write an addition equation to match the number bond (exp 2+3=5)!

Laminate the sheets to use with dry erase markers.

This center aligns to Common Core Standards: K.OA.1, K.OA.3, K.OA.5

These kindergarten worksheets are a fantastic tool for young learners. They are colorful, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to help children build essential skills in math, and more. I especially appreciate how the activities are age-appropriate and easy for kids to follow independently or with minimal guidance.
