This volume activity involves rolling dice to generate numbers for finding volume. There is a recording sheet that students can use to help transition from using visual models to using the formula for volume. I have 3 differentiated activities for students and this is the second level of difficulty.

I use this activity and the other volume exploration activities available on the Teacher Vault TPT store to help introduce and review volume. Once all the students know how to complete the activity independently I add it to the math centers so that students can practice independently.

These are some more task cards for math centers. I print them on white cardstock and laminate them. The card is smaller than an 8 ½ x 11in page so that it fits in a gallon storage bag for easy storage and organization.
