Managing a yearbook staff can be a daunting task. As an adviser, we are called to do numerous tasks in a short period of time. Therefore, it is imperative that the staff members are productive and on task at all times.

I use this Weekly Participation sheet with my own staff, and it helps me keep tabs on what my staff is doing. Students complete the top portion of the sheet and submit it at the end of every week.
