Teaching style
My students always told me my teaching style was rather unique.
As evidenced in many of my resources, I always try to bring fun, creativity, and inspiration to all that I do and create.
I’m a big believer in story-telling, leading with beauty, and making each lesson relevant to the everyday lives of the students I teach.
And anchoring it all is the desire to help my students become both “mini-theologians” and “BIG-TIME SAINTS”!
Awards & shining teacher moments
Voted “Tommie of the Year” at the University of St. Thomas, an honor given to “the senior who, according to UST students, faculty and staff, best represents the ideals of St. Thomas Aquinas through scholarship, leadership, and campus involvement”.
Received the “Work of the Heart Award” from the Catholic Foundation, an award given to the “unsung heroes who deserve recognition for outstanding service and dedication”.
