This is an activity designed for third, fourth, and fifth grade students who are part of a Gifted/Talented program. This activity is part of the program's goal to help students develop solutions for the problems in the world around them.

Play Dough Shape Partioning
This activity allows your students to partition shapes using playdough. They will learn to create these basic shapes (circle, square, rectangle), as well as how to cut them into halves and fourths. Cryptography Worksheet and Scavenger Hunt: Caesar Shift
I created this worksheet and scavenger hunt for an all girls STEM-careers camp. The girls were ages 6-12, so we completed the worksheet together, and did the scavenger hunt in two groups based on age. The clues for the scavenger hunt will probably need to be rewritten based on the locations you have available.
