Set the Rule and then complete the Input/ Output Table. It can be used for addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. This can be used with Input/ Output task cards or you can partly fill in the form your self to have the students figure out the rule and the missing numbers. Set a rule, and have the students complete the table with their choice of numbers. There are so many ways it can be adapted to meet the needs of your students. Enjoy!

Pre-K Special Education Task Box Data Sheets{Free!}

Task boxes are great to introduce independent work for our youngest learners! They are also great for taking data, especially if you're targeting specific IEP goals related to academic and fine-motor tasks. I decided to design a task box data sheet that is simple and quick. Included is a how-to page to show what each element of the table has and how you can use it. File includes a four-page PowerPoint with editable table elements on the actual resource. --- Thank you for downloading! Copyright

Print and laminate and attach to your child's desk. Used as a visual tool mini-whiteboard. Write the "jobs" with a dry erase pen to help a child gain independence in organizing the "plan" and staying on task. I also added a "I am working towards" area for children that have a behavioural chart or are earning "points" towards a reward. Often this desk-visual Help Box can mimic the one the teacher has on the board, but it allows a child to access it without looking up and around the room- wh

It doesn't look fancy, but it's one of the best things (along with the Drop-down Box CELF-5 Template) I've ever made/used for therapy. Put all your kids/students from each grade level on one sheet for reference. Easily see which skills each kid has/doesn't have (based on the CELF-5 item analysis). There's more initial work (to do the Item Analysis with each evaluation), however, it saves me so much time in the long run. I can easily look down during therapy sessions and see what each kid needs t
