Student Self-Assessment of Classes
This is a great product for student self reflection and assessment of their efforts in their classes. Feel free to edit the platforms section to address the platforms in your classes. This product also allows for them to recognize what they are doing well and where they can improve.
I have found this product incredibly useful in student-teacher discussions and parent conferences.

Student Behavior Heat Chart - Automatically adds colors!
The Student Behavior Heat Chart is meant to be accompanied by the Individual Classroom Evaluation form that can be downloaded from my store for free. The scores received in that form are to be added to this chart.
When scores are added to this chart, they are automatically assigned a color; red for poor, yellow for fair, and green for excellent. This allows you to get an overall snapshot of a student's behavior and easily see "problem periods" or behavior patterns.

Share this iReady Progress Tracker with your students through Google Classroom or your choice of online instructional platform. You will want to be sure to "make a copy" for each student when you share. 3rd Grade Common Core Math Gradebook
Basic digital Common Core-aligned gradebook through Excel. Input grades by standard to ensure you are covering and assessing each one in class. Each sheet (one sheet per standard) allows up to 50 assignments for up to 29 students, then automatically averages any data for each standard. Tardy Log and Consequence Tracker
This log will require you to add your students names to the sheet (which may take a fair amount of time) BUT once all student names are added it will be EASY to keep track of how often that student has been tardy.
