Homework and Binder Folder Log Sheet
Great for keeping track of homework and signed journals or folders.

This 3, 2, 1 activity is a quick, easy tool for reflection in the classroom. Students will reflect on 3 new facts they learned, 2 "ah-ha" thoughts they had, and 1 question that they still have.
I've used this format after all subject area lessons, field trips, non-fiction books, and current event assignments.

Use this page weekly to keep notes on your students. Class Hand Signals Freebie
To decrease the amount of interruptions in your classroom, use a class signal for each need a child may have. Instead of a child raising their hand and disrupting the class, my students have shown me our class signals and with a simple head nod, their need is answered. I posted this little sign in the front of my classroom as a reminder for my students.

Assessment Record Sheets by Subject
Who says assessment records and score sheets can't be cute and fun? :)
These assessment record sheets are separated by subject area (math, science, social studies, reading, and spelling). There are 32 numbered lines available for student names, and columns to record 12 scores per student. Above each column is space for an assessment label (math chapter number/title, science quiz topic, spelling test date, type of reading assessment, etc).

Spreadsheet Gradebook for 2014-15
I've taken our Quarter system and made a spreadsheet for the year. It has school holidays added which can be changed easily. There is one page that is an example page that shows comments with a sample student and how to use the spreadsheet. This is a simple "average the grades" spreadsheet. Different categories count more (quizzes count 2x while tests count 4x). The semesters are cummulative for our district but can be easily changed :) Enjoy!

Easy Grade Answer Document
Make your life of grading multiple choice tests and quizzes easier with this answer document. This is a one page document that that has 2 answer documents on each page in order to save paper. I have my students bubble their answers on this document and then I have one that I use a hole punch to mark the correct answer. Then I simply lay my bubble sheet over theirs and I can easily see which questions they got incorrect.

Student Test Tracker
This student test tracking graph is a great way to increase student accountability on unit tests. Simply have students write the test name at the bottom and shade/color the bar to show their score. If a student retakes a test, they can use another color to shade/color the improved score over top of the original score.
