Practicing Math Facts - Skip Counting (editable)
It's difficult to teach students higher level math when they don't know their basic facts. This week long homework assignment fits on one page and is kept in students' binders during the week. There are two different levels, for beginning (3rd grade) and a higher level for those facts that most students find difficult to master (4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12). Graphing Multiplication Success
It's difficult to teach students higher level math when they don't know their basic facts. How can you hold kids accountable and motivate them to practice their math facts? Make it more visual by having them graph their success! We use this graph after students take their weekly 2 minute timed test on math facts. Math Wall - 2 Digit Subtraction Poster
This 8 by 11 poster include the key word "difference" in the directions. The poster can be printed on card stock and laminated. I use it in my classroom as part of my daily math wall practice. I write a new problem on the grid daily. It allows me to reinforce place value, aligning columns in addition and to gradually introduce regrouping on a daily basis.

Multiplication Facts Tracker

This sheet can be used whole group or small group with Ipad applications or regular math fact cards. I designed this form to use specifically with my students in small group. They needed to record the math facts that they were missing frequently. I created this to fill a need and I hope it can help others.
