These assessment trackers include options for adding multiple scores/grades by module as well as individual student trackers. I will personally be using these to keep track of grades and progress through the 9 modules of HMH comprehension stories and assessments and foundation skills assessments. These assessment trackers may not work for you if you are not implementing the same 9 module curriculum and assessments that I personally do. These are not editable, but can be downloaded through Power

Student Schedule for Beginning of school year

Created by

At the beginning of every year, I like to give each student and parent a copy of the weekly schedule. Some schedules are tougher for students than others, being that some years we have had 6 versus 5 days. This is a schedule that I have used because it is "kid-friendly" and clearly shows what class the students are to be in at any given time. I currently have this schedule listed with "Periods" versus specific classes, but that can be easily changed to reflect your class(es). The schedule is

This is a great little graph your students can use to chart their progress with their math facts. I have left this as an excel spreadsheet so that you can edit it as needed. The graph includes a place for the date, type of math fact (-1, -2, etc), number of facts completed, and room for your student to color in how many facts they completed for the day. Students really love seeing the progress they make! Great to use at conferences or to turn in as artifacts for your professional development por

Best suited for 1st grade simply because it doesn't deal with percentages rather than number of words on their spelling test (10). This was made with McGraw Hill WONDERS in mind. After students take their spelling test and it's corrected, students track/graph their scores. Great for self monitoring, intrinsic motivation, goal setting, and data collecting. Also allows students to reflect and hopefully be in tune with their feelings.
