I love Notice and Note! However, I found there was no rubric to determine how they are doing nor a way to keep track of how students are progressing in discussions and logs. As a result, after reading the “Assessment” chapter and studying how Beers and Probst discussed assessing, I created a rubric specific to Notice and Note.
