Implement PBIS/CHAMPS Strategies Using Hallway Passes

Created by

Here's an easy, manageable way to establish and implement a PBIS and CHAMPS strategy in your classroom. At the beginning of each quarter students are given hallway passes allowing them to leave my classroom for bathroom use, going to their locker for forgotten materials, and going to their locker for homework. Preschool Staff Evaluation Packet

Do you struggle with delivering annual preschool staff evaluations or reviews? Do you dread them? You are not alone. For many programs, the “annual” review is the only time the director and the staff member meet one-on-one to review the past year. This is not a problem if the review(s) you are writing are positive. However, for those staff members where there are areas that need improvement or issues to be discussed, annual review time can be a time of dread—for both parties. Staff evaluati

Student Observation Log

This is an EXTREMELY simple form I keep in my binders for each class. There is a copy of this form for each student. I keep a clipboard of labels nearby during class, and when I note a behavior that I want to record, or if there is an incident in class, I record it on a label. Later when I have time, I stick the label on the observation form. Now my documentation is a piece of cake. If I need to talk to parents or administrators about a student's behavior in class, I just have to look at my log.
