This data sheets allows you to track the frequency and time that behaviors are occurring. This is helpful for tracking ongoing problem behavior and/or when conducting FBAs. This is a Google Slides file, so you can edit the student's initials, behaviors, and times/intervals. To use, edit the relevant information and use tally marks to indicate when a behavior occurred during each interval.
