Set the Rule and then complete the Input/ Output Table. It can be used for addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. This can be used with Input/ Output task cards or you can partly fill in the form your self to have the students figure out the rule and the missing numbers. Set a rule, and have the students complete the table with their choice of numbers. There are so many ways it can be adapted to meet the needs of your students. Enjoy!

Using a self-management approach to self-monitoring on-task behavior is a research-based intervention. This involves using a simple self-rating sheet, on which the student records their own progress with staying on task. I let the student use each activity ONCE in a week, after he has used it he posts it into a box on my desk and its used for the week.
