This is a math fact fluency assessment that takes 1 minute or less and is differentiated. It can be used for addition or multiplication. It's called the Bubble Quiz because of the "bubbles" or circles at the top of each column. The teacher begins by writing in +1 or x1 in each student's first bubble on their sheet.
