This is a weekly to do list I use it to keep myself organized. I print multiple copies of my list. Each week I fill out my to do list with the tasks that need to be completed then I cross out the tasks as I finish them. If something doesn't get completed during the week I just move it to next week's to do list.

This page can be printed out and given to students as a year-long resource that they can keep with them, either in resource binders or bins (whatever way you store kids' resources). I would suggest that if you are using this as a year-long resource, print it on either cardstock or laminate them because we all know that a piece of paper won't hold up all year and you don't want to be making a million copies when kids tear them or they get spilled on or whatever could happen.
