I have... Who has...? Cards Small #s with scientific notation

If the students have answered them all correctly, the last question should be the answer given by the first person, circling it back around. This structure has been called Learning Loops or Ask and Answer as well. This can also be used in a math center. Each person in the center can have multiple cards. There are 27 cards total.
