Differentiated Function Tables, Color-Coded, Modified for Special Ed
These worksheets are modified from the middle school math curriculum. They are great for special education students who require an alternate or modified curriculum.
There are four pages, all with the same function table. Differentiating will be easy, because all papers look similar. The x and y numbers are color-coded for students to see what the functions are. This is a math task for students to complete involving two word problems with area. They must be able to come up with a solution, while showing their work. Then they must use complete sentences to explain how they came up with their solution. My students always have a difficult time putting their thinking into words. This comes with two different tasks.

Proportional Bar Model to 5 manipulative tool
Hello all!
I created this proportional and color coded bar model set through 5 as a tool to help introduce kindergarteners to bar model. This set is best if printed in color and then laminated before cut into pieces for longer use!
I have done lessons using them and it has gone extremely well.
I fit 4 sets of bars numbered 1-5 on a single sheet.

Order of Operations Cheat Sheet
While teaching my students in the resource setting, Order of Operations, I created this cheat sheet on the fly. They used it to help them remember the order. I color coded only the first letter and then highlighted it in the example next to it with the same color. I have included two pages, one with the full word one color and then the next with only the first letter color. The example on both is in the matching color.

My students scan these as they come in the classroom in the morning. They then get their journals and answer the question. Compound Inequalities Activity
This activity allows students to complete 10 compound inequality problems without having to just sit and complete a work sheet. The students will be able to cut out the shapes, and then tape/glue them together when they find the matching problem and answer. I have printed these on colored paper, then hung them around the room. My students have loved coming in to see them, and trying to find the one they did.
