Quick and simple behavior note for quick communication with parents about a student's behavior. This one page document is fast to fill out. Student's name, the date and then simply check the boxes of the poor choices or behaviors that occurred that day. The note has a parent signature at the bottom. This is a word document that can be edited and altered to meet your specific needs.

Parent Update/Newsletter: "What we worked on"
This is an editable template for teachers to inform parents what they worked on daily throughout the week. You can type on it or write on it. This is great especially for special education teachers with students who complete various tasks daily. It keeps parents informed! There are two types: Class form (to send out with parent classroom newsletters) and individual student forms. There are also forms that ask for the parent's signature at the bottom and forms that do not ask for the signature.
