After spending 2 years as an Instructional Aide with a Collaborative Math-Science Integration Grant at Texas State University., I began my career in public education. I have taught a wide variety of science elective courses over the past several years including Anatomy and Physiology, Aquatic Science, Food Science, and AP Environmental Science.

Teaching style

I also sponsor a club called Women in STEM which keeps me working to integrate all STEM subjects and teach students about the interdisciplinary nature of all learning.
