To play this game, each group will need some sort of game token and a die. A student will role the die, then move their game piece to the corresponding space. They will have to answer the question correctly in order to move forward on their next turn. The first player to land on the last space wins. All questions are in the preterite.

It covers the subjunctive with will and influence, emotion, impersonal expressions, and doubt, disbelief and denial. It covers the subjunctive with three exceptions to the normal format: ojalá, tal vez y quizás. It covers the subjunctive with conjunctions. There are acronyms given for each of these so that they can be remembered easier.
This is a group activity. Each person in the group receives a different card with the name of family members written on it. The students have to describe the person in Spanish without saying the actual word. For example, to describe "tía", one could say "la hermana de mi madre." They have to complete the crossword puzzle by describing all the names. This presents the opportunity to describe how important godparents are to many Spanish families. This is a group activity to review numbers in Spanish. The number is written out in Spanish, and the groups have to hold up the corresponding number (all you need is to write numbers 0-9 on index cards for each group you will have). The first group to hold up the correct number gets the point. There are also two slides to show how the number 1 changes depending on the noun following the number (i.e. "un" y "una" as opposed to "uno").
