The first five years of my teaching career, I taught computer to grades 2-8. Then I moved into a sixth grade position where I taught reading, math, and science. I have since moved into a middle school math position. I love teaching!
This assignment includes several concepts dealing with whole numbers. The concepts include: ordering whole numbers from least to greatest, estimating to the indicated place value, exponents, mental math, order of operations, the distributive property, patterns and choosing a method of computation. There are a total of 25 problems and an answer key is included.

My own education history
I graduated with my undergraduate degree in 2000 and have been teaching ever since. I recieved my master's in elementary education in 2003. In November of 2011, I became a Nationally Board Certified Teacher.

I have three children. They keep me very busy when I am not at school. I enjoy reading and sewing in my spare time.
