This is an invaluable caseload management spreadsheet. It takes a little bit of time to get set up, but is well worth it in the end. There are columns for the student's name, DOB, School, Grade, Teacher, STN, Eligibility Category (LI, SI, Etc), Therapy minutes, Therapy sessions (such as 3/month or 7/rep pd), previous AR meeting date and Next AR meeting date.
