This pack is only 1 part of my larger Super Facts system! This pack includes an editable tracking sheet for the teachers use. You can enter your students name on the sheet, print it out, and then use it to keep track of what facts each student has passed.

Hello everyone!! I am very excited to be posting my first edition of my new line of exit tickets! I am a lover of exit tickets and have been using them often in my classroom. However I didn't feel that I was using them to the best of my ability before. i knew there was more information i could collect from them as well as better questions to ask the students before they left. So I came up with this outline which will be seen throughout all of my exit tickets (however the skill will change)

This pack is only 1 part of my larger Super Facts system! This pack includes the quizzes that you will use to assess the students each Friday. It is up to you on how much time you wish to give them. I give my 1st graders 3 minutes. This are given out on Friday. Once they are collected, they are graded. There is a place for the grade, as well as a badge showing they passed!

This pack is only 1 part of my larger Super Facts system! This pack includes brag tags for each math fact assessment passed. Once a student passes a test they earn a brag tag which gets hung on a bulletin board on a necklace for each student. Once a student has passed all assessments they will have collected all 12 brag tags and then they will be able to take their necklace home!

Hello everyone!! Here is the second installment of my exit tickets. This edition is for number sense. Each ticket will have a goal on it so the students know exactly what their goal is for that specific ticket. Each ticket will also have a rating scale at the bottom for the students to use. They simply color in the square to show how they feel about the ticket and the concept. Each ticket also has a spot for a gold star (hence the name of the pack). This pack is only 1 part of my larger Super Facts system! This pack includes notes home explaining if they passed or not. I test every Friday. Hopefully in my break I get them graded. If that happens, I fill out these notes and send them home with each student. If not, they go home on Monday. There is a color version as well as a black and white version

This pack is only 1 part of my larger Super Facts system! This pack includes flash cards for each math fact 1-12. At the beginning of the week I pass these out to all students. They cut them out and then together we go through them and write the answers to each math fact on the back. They will take these home to practice their facts for the week to be ready for the test on Friday! There is a color version as well as a black and white version

Print out the tracking sheets (1 for each student), hang them up on a bulletin board in your room or put them in a private folder. Each time a student passes a test, give them the badge of the facts test they passed and have them glue it onto their sheet!

Hello everyone! This is a pack of 10 subtraction word problem task cards. I place these in a center and have the students work together on white boards to solve each. I have also used them as a whole group mini lesson or a quick assessment. There is an answer sheet included in this where students are asked to show their work, give their answer, and then further explain their thinking on how they solved it.

This assessment is focused on the skills of comparing and ordering numbers. There are 16 questions total and there are 4 different types of questions on the test. Students are asked to do the following things... 1. Color the bigger number 2. Color the smaller number 3. Use the < > or = signs to complete the number sentence 4. Order number from least to greatest 5. Identify 10 more and 10 less.

This is an assessment made to check your students understanding of simple addition and subtraction concepts There are three different types of questions on this test with 12 questions in all. I have also included an answer key with it.
