This is a copy of simplifying fractions with something I did called pizza fractions. Preview is missing parts of lesson that you get once you buy it. This is a lesson that takes places over several days and the students work groups. Teaching style
I believe in a more play based learning experienced. Students learning in centers guided by teacher. Teacher comes over to centers with students and teachers by using materials in centers along with students interest.

I graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelors degree in elementary education grade K-6th grade. A few short years later I went back and got my endorsement in Pre-k at Tennessee Wesleyan College.
