The product contains a unit plan for Essential Skills/Cross-Categorical teachers to teach the vocabulary and task of going to and functioning appropriately in the grocery store (i.e. using a list to make a recipe or plan a party). The product contains different ability level tasks to meet students needs. The product is also provided in word processor in order for teachers to modify the unit for their classroom. This product is not to be copied and/or shared.

This product is a great opening to the school year activity for teachers and students. While this version of the product is adapted to an Ancient World Civilization or World History Early Civilizations and U.S. History: Beginning to 1877, it is easily adaptable to any textbook.
