I created this activity to use when introducing the idea of functions for my students. I tried to provide them a visual to remind them of what a function does and how to determine whether or not something is or is not a function by looking at a table. The flow chart then builds upon that idea by combining tables, ordered pairs and graphs to determine whether or not something is a function.
