Experience

Over 18 years teaching and tutoring Algebra, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Pre-Algebra, 6th,7th Grade Math, SAT prep, GRE prep, PSSA prep. I've taught at a local Community College (Algebra and Algebra 2), a Christian High School, an online High School.

Teaching style

I like to use a step-by-step approach and keep the terms simple until students display an understanding of the material. I believe Math can be fun and I try to share my enthusiasm with my students. One of my 8th graders once asked me if my mom dropped me on my head when I was little. She figured that was the only way someone would major in Mathematics and actually enjoy the subject. I really enjoy teaching higher Math courses and working with 10th - 12th graders.
