I have almost 30 years of teaching ELA courses in grades 7-12 in public high schools in three states. I have held teaching certificates in New York, Ohio, and Georgia and have the most experience teaching American Literature, World Literature, Contemporary Literature, Advanced Composition, and Advanced Placement Language & Composition. I also have mentored many student teachers through the years, allowing me to create many files to help assist young teachers just starting out. I feel my teaching experience has helped me shape the many files for sale in my store.

Teaching style

I believe first and foremost that in order to reach students, you must actively build rapport and trust. For this reason I consider myself to be a friendly and casual teacher with serious intent and purpose.
