Looking for a creative way to follow-up a Junior Great Books story? Here is one that my students loved for the story "Jack and the Beanstalk". Students take on the role of journalist and write accounts of what happened after the ogre fell, Jack became wealthy, and he married a princess. There are four different activities included, so students can choose based on interest level or they can be grouped together to make it a team project. Enjoy!
