I've had great success with motivating students to complete their work regularly using this behavior chart. The download is a Word document, so you can change the times and the subjects. I let the student choose what reward they are working towards, and I individualize how many happy face they need to earn.
Hope you find this helpful!
This is a power point slideshow with photographs of the hatching process of a chick. The photographs are anotated with explanations of the developmental stages, and the progress during the hatching. The pictures provide great visuals of this process in the life cycle of a chicken!
This is a word document that can be edited to fit your child's specific areas of focus. This behavior chart is in the design of a puzzle. As a student completes the noted task or subject, they can color in that piece of the puzzle. The criteria for success is specifically explained next to the puzzle. There is also a place for parent signature. Great use of positive reinforcement for behavior management.
The reward menu is a word document, so you can edit it and make it fit your needs. We use popsicle sticks as compliment sticks in a token economy system. Take it and tweak it!
