I've had great success with motivating students to complete their work regularly using this behavior chart. The download is a Word document, so you can change the times and the subjects. I let the student choose what reward they are working towards, and I individualize how many happy face they need to earn.
Hope you find this helpful!
This set includes a story problem for each addition and subtraction thinking pattern according to CGI (Cognitively Guided Instruction). Print out the packet and cut the cards apart. Then, students will read the story problems and match them with the corresponding number line, equation, part part whole mat, and triangle/fact family card. There's also a part part whole work mat included. Makes a great math station!
This note goes well with a package of mints for your administrators, teammates, or other professionals who have supported you. It would be cute for parent gifts at the end of the year as well. I also stuck it in a bowl of mints that I set out for parent teacher conferences.
Three different sizes are included.
Hope you like it!
This printable is designed to create a fact wheel that shows the main stages in the life cycle of a fish. Just print one copy of each printable, and cut out the circles. Then, fasten them together with a brad in the center, and turn! Have students talk about the stages as they turn the wheel.
Use these cute Christmas ribbons to give awards to those who decorate their doors for Christmas!

Students will have fun getting to know each other with this addition or subtraction game. Either add or subtract by spinning or rolling dice. Then answer questions and share information. I used this game with my first graders when they met their 4th grade buddies. They got a chance to practice the math facts they needed help with, and they had topics to discuss.
This would be great for a back to school game, a math center, or meeting with a buddy class.

This would make a great end of year teacher gift. Fill the heart with the finger prints of the students in the class. The students can sign the bottom. After it dries, frame it as a gift!
