I've had great success with motivating students to complete their work regularly using this behavior chart. The download is a Word document, so you can change the times and the subjects. I let the student choose what reward they are working towards, and I individualize how many happy face they need to earn. Hope you find this helpful!

This recording sheet is designed to accompany a discovery or exploration station with various objects, some that are attracted to magnets, and some that are not. The student is expected to test which objects a magnet pulls or does NOT pull. Examples of materials are keys, coins, buttons, paper clips, etc.

This is a word document, created to allow students time to reflect on a poor behavior choice made in class.
