This is a unit that focuses on the second grade writing standard:
2.1 Write opinion pieces in which they introduce the topic or book they are writing about, state an opinion, supply reasons that support the opinion, use linking words (e.g., because, and , also) to connect opinion and reasons, and provide a concluding statement or section.

Rainy Day Number Work is a way for your students to
practice representing numbers using standard, written, and
expanded form.
There are fifteen number sets with 2, 3, and 4 digit numbers. Students should first find the matching forms of a number.
