Purple Base-10 Eater is a great way for students to practice adding by place value to find the sum, and reading base-10 notation. The object of the game is like the game, Memory. Students place cards face down in rows and try to match number sentences to the base 10 notation that shows the sum of the number sentence. Students take turns until all matches are found. But hurry because the "Purple Base-10 Eater" is coming to gobble up all the base-10 blocks!!

Rainy Day Number Work is a way for your students to
practice representing numbers using standard, written, and
expanded form.
There are fifteen number sets with 2, 3, and 4 digit numbers. Students should first find the matching forms of a number.
