Small Group Planning Guide
A short planner for small group (also works for tutoring). I use this when I need to pull students for small group. My most used section is the notes section so I can keep track of student data. I keep these to track data over the year.

Participation Rubric
Class participation rubric. Total of 100 points can be earned. I have students grade themselves and then we confer and talk about why they gave themselves the rating they did. Space for teacher comments as well as a key for frequency words.

Action Goal Tracker
Action goals for students struggling with making good choices. Visuals next to the 5 goals, as well as a space for rewards. I give one to a student and they keep it for the week and carry it with them from class to class. After class, I have the student rate themselves. What they did well with. Behavior Reflection sheet designed to help students identify possible triggers and consequences to their actions. It also gives students space to reflect on how they can fix the problem and restore justice to anyone who might have been hurt as a consequence. I keep this in student data binders for parent meetings and administration, just in case I need data about student behavior or have any issues throughout the year.

Student Behavior Goals w/ Points - Middle School

Behavior Tracker
This behavior tracker is used for keeping track of student behavior to help with conferences, goal setting, IEPs, and counseling. This has helped me be really targeted with specific interventions and behavior plans, as well as giving parents a view into certain issues students are having. The numbers at the bottom are what I write down for each day. This can travel with them from class to class or stay in your one classroom.

My teaching style is rooted in trauma-informed care, restorative justice, and community building, with a strong foundation in psychology and child development. I believe that learning happens best in safe, supportive environments where every student feels seen and valued. I also love bringing a little weirdness and humor into my lessons to spark curiosity, lower barriers, and make the classroom a place where students can relax and engage. My resources are designed to foster connection, creativity, and critical thinking while keeping things fun and meaningful.
