This inquiry activity is a fun way to discover the various properties of rotations and reflections. Students and or the teacher will take reflection pictures of students using an iOS device and the Photo Booth App. (This app usually comes standard on iOS devices.) Students will then import these photos into the provided PowerPoint and onto slides with a coordinate plane. My philosophy of teaching is to find different ways for students to learn. I believe it is important to show students that math does apply to the "real world" and that yes, indeed, math can be fun.
