These cards give students the opportunity to engage in higher order thinking and deep discussion. On each card, there are four numbers. Students decide which one number does not belong with the rest, (i.e. which is the oddball) and justify why they think it does not belong. There can be more than one correct answer for each card.
This can be done whole class, as a Number Talk, as a scoot, as part of a center, or even individually.

Interpret Remainders
Quotients with Zeros
In order to differentiate:
- Odd problems: are single step and divide evenly.
- Even problems: are either multi-step or involve interpreting remainders. Some even problems have zeros in the quotient.
Created as a scoot, but could be used in other various ways.
Scoot can be differentiated with lower students doing odd problems and higher students doing even problems.
Includes:
14 problem cards
14 answer cards

Students work their way from the top of the page to the bottom by following a path of equivalent fractions. The path never goes diagonally.
I plan to use these as a math center but could be used in other ways.
What you get:
10 fraction mazes with the start and finish identified (easier)
10 fraction mazes with only the start identified (little bit harder)

This includes both of my line graphs that are sold independently. (Save 15%!) They are similar graphs with ten similar questions. Both include answer keys. One is harder than the other. I created this for my 4th graders could be used in other grades as well.
This worksheet has 10 questions based on the line graph at the top. An answer key is included. I teach 4th grade and am using this for my high-average and higher students. It could be used as an assessment, handout, teaching tool, or in a center. I also have an easier version available. They come bundled for a lower price.
Finding ClassDojo.com has been an amazing thing for my students. They are totally different kids. I want to reward the students for the points that they accumulate throughout the week.
Included in this product is coupons that they can "buy" with different amounts of points. Coupons range in value from 5 Dojo points to 20 Dojo points. Rewards range from school supplies to homework passes to other classroom incentives. There are eight coupons per page, each with an avatar. Also included is a mas

Geometry has a tremendous amount of vocabulary for students to learn and master. Students can practice triangle vocabulary by playing this fun and engaging Connect 4 game! Matches VA SOL 5.13a from the 2016 standards: The student will classify triangles as right, acute, or obtuse and equilateral, scalene, or isosceles; There are three different versions of the same game available in this document.
This has a non-calculator and calculator section. I used it as an assessment, but it could be adapted for however you saw fit. Includes sections on reading and writing decimals, rounding decimals, decimal addition/subtraction, changing fractions/mixed numbers/percents to decimals and vice versa, comparing/ordering decimals,
