This produce has four versions of a middle- to high-school level behavior contract. Included are versions where the student must brainstorm their own behavior to correct and versions with pre-chosen behaviors that the student can check-off. In all versions of the contract the student must identify strategies they can use to ensure they fulfill their promise. There are also two versions where the teacher can include strategies they use in the classroom that will help the student meet their goal.
This product is two behavioral goal setting sheets for early elementary and elementary students. Both sheets have the student identify a behavioral goal to work on.
