I use this worksheet as part of a minilesson in my 8th grade poetry unit. Since "The Jabberwocky" is a nonsense poem it is great for allowing students to interpret the poem in their own individual way. Teaching style

I like my classroom to be very active and hands on. I like to have my students doing, rather than watching or listening. We do a lot of discussion and group work as well.
