This 2-page worksheet has word problems that have 2 of the three forms of numbers in each problem. This helps students practice converting between the different forms and recognizing how they are all related.
5th - 10th

Roll, Fill, and Win Fractions
Students roll dice to fill in blanks of various types of fraction problems (add, subtract, multiply, divide) including those with mixed numbers. The student with the highest total wins the round. Students get very competitive and practice their fractions at the same time!

My own education history
I attended Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas from 2003-2007. I graduated with a BSE in middle school mathematics and journalism. I hope to start my masters in Instructional Design and Technology in the summer of 2011 :)

Without teachers like these, I wouldn't be half the teacher I am today.
