Learning to Add 2 Digits in Six Different Ways
Using these templates and activities, students will be practicing 2-digit addition in four different ways:
• Using ten-frames
• Using Base-10 block pictures
• Using Money
• Using the place value chart
• Writing the corresponding number fact subtraction equation
• Using the standard addition method
Ideas for how to use the templates for practice, cooperative learning, assessment and for playing learning games are included.
