Teaching style

I use evidence-based strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to help children regulate their emotions so they can thrive socially, emotionally and behaviorally.

I have over 20 years experience working with children and families. On kiddiematters.com, I share what helped me simplify my workload so I could be there for my students.
