Set the Rule and then complete the Input/ Output Table. It can be used for addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. This can be used with Input/ Output task cards or you can partly fill in the form your self to have the students figure out the rule and the missing numbers. Set a rule, and have the students complete the table with their choice of numbers. There are so many ways it can be adapted to meet the needs of your students. Enjoy!

Take the MAPS Challenge! A goal setting worksheet
Many of us are using the NWEA MAPS assessment to monitor our students' progress in both reading and math. This is a worksheet that I created that enables students to take ownership over their MAPS scores, and encourage them to make growth. Using this worksheet, students set goals for themselves to achieve throughout the year in both reading and math. Additionally, students can monitor their growth throughout the year to see if they have achieved their goal.

I made these username and password cards so my students could independently use the technology lab. I plan to fill in student information, cut them out, and laminate them. They will then be made available to students when they are ready to use the classroom, media center, or technology lab computers. I quiz my students on each specific standard throughout the year and record the grade they make on the quiz. There are tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet for different standard topics.
