Goal Book
Monday through Friday goal planning sheets. Includes dashed lines for younger students and a place for time and date. I use these in a small binder with three weeks at a time, separated by dividers with week 1, week 2, week 3. After the three week cycle is when I conference with students to look at their portfolios and develop a new plan for them to complete their work if needed.

Toddler Daily Log
This colorful daily log for parents of toddlers includes spaces for diaper changes, meals, naps, and activities. It is without lines or timestamps so that caregivers may customize the schedule to their preferences. Line provided at top of log for child's name.
Suggested Uses for Toddler Daily Log:
-For home use: Print and laminate. Use dry erase marker to keep track of your toddler's day. Wipe clean with cloth at end of day.

Individual Child Planning Form
This form is for use in a preschool or kindergarten classroom to help teachers and staff plan for child-centered and project based learning. I recommend printing a separate sheet for each student and keeping them in a binder or displayed on a bulletin board with easy access. The space in the middle is intentionally left blank for a child's name, photograph, or category left to teachers' discretion.

Fillable Missing Assignment Letter
This is a simple reminder letter I use to communicate with families and help students stay organized. The PDF form is fillable, just add your own signature block. This was helpful for students to keep track of their assignments and projects, especially in middle school. Often, when I would hand a student this letter, the assignment would appear! I use this to help hold students accountable when they are not turning in their work on time. Directions for students: · Staple this pass to your late assignment. · I allow two OOPS passes per semester. · I reserve the right to NOT accept the OOPS passes on certain assignments or projects. Fun with shapes and playdoh
This is a fun activity to do with small children.
With the playdoh, they have to make the shape and place it inside the shape. This promotes and increases fine motor skills and manipulation.
If you feel the playdoh is too easy or simply want to change the activity, allow the child to make a shape within the lines of the shape, without any deviation.
This activity also promotes visual motor integration, which in the long run helps with their handwriting skills.
