I personally love my having all of my test scores saved digitally that I'll never go back to a paper and pencil grade book! This grade book is set up so that you can scroll around without scrolling past the names of the students or the names of the test. It's also color coded over a gradient scale of greens, yellows, and reds. The spreadsheet will automatically color itself based on the fol

I saw some great binders on TpT to collect evidence for the fabulous new evaluation tool, but our disctrict used Kim Marshal's rubrics and so the ones on TpT didn't quite mesh with what I needed. So, I made one. This includes 90 pages each standard is broken down with its own rubric. Some, not all have examples of evidence that could be collected. These were pieces of evidence we decided on as a district. I also included an evidence collection form that I used this year and found very helpful

Here is a powerpoint I use to support teachers in understanding specific "looks like" indicators for Developing, Proficient, Accomplished, and Distinguished. Sometimes the rubric for self-assessment or for classroom observations seems vague or difficult to decipher what indicators actually look like in practice. This powerpoint clearly provides "If you are Accomplished, then you have this, this, and this artifact to support that terminology." It is a great starting piece for communicating wha
