Parent Conference Data Sheet for Student Progress
This data sheet lets you share information about testing with parents at parent conferences. It can be edited for fit your particular state, but is already specific for 5th grade in Texas. The sheet includes testing information including dates for 2019. The sheet includes examples of objectives covered in reading, math, and science. Economy Checkbook Behavior Management System
This behavior management system is based on an economy checkbook system. This includes a register sheet for students to record and keep track of their money, checks to write for their prizes, a list of items they can buy (free to you), and a sheet that tells how money is earned and taken away. Daily Math Report for Student and Parent (Everyday Math)
I used this report everyday with my students. When I introduced a new lesson I would had this paper out. Students were responsible for writing down the CCSS standards (which had to be up in my classroom as per my principal).
